3D Virtual Tours, 360 Degree Virtual Tours, Aerial Photography and Still Photography
Package Pricing:
1.) HDR Photos (no limit), 360 Virtual Tours and Drone (Aerial): $250
2.) HDR Photos (No Limit), 3D Virtual Tours and Drone (Aerial): $275-$375 (Depending on Sq. Ft.)
3.) HDR Photos (No Limit), Cinematic Video and Drone (Aerial): $250-$350 (Depending on Sq. Ft.)
4.) HDR Photos (No Limit), Cinematic Video, Drone (Aerial) and 3D Matterport Tours: $450
Ala-cart Pricing:
1. $80.00: HDR (High Dynamic Range) Photography.
We will come and photograph your listing or facility using HDR technology for one flat fee. Detached guest homes are billed at an additional $35.00.
2. $100.00: Night Photography.
We will come and photograph your listing or facility for one flat fee. Additional detached guest homes are billed at an additional $35.00.
3. *$180.00: 360 Degree Virtual Tour Package and HDR Photos (up to 5 rotations, photos, single property web site).
Up to five 360 degree rotations, and as many high quality photos as needed, placed on MLS compliant web pages (for realtors), as well as branded pages. The tours are not only syndicated to places such as Zillow, Oodle, Yahoo, Trulia and Homes.com, but you are provided with a stats page as well. Detached guest homes are billed at an additional $35.00. * There is an additional travel charge for locations more than 10 miles outside of Grass Valley, Nevada City or Penn Valley. We provide services throughout Nevada County, Yuba County, Placer County and Sacramento County. Additional areas are available, so if yours isn’t listed, give us a call!
4. $250.00 for up to 2,000 sq. ft., $300 for over 2,000 sq. ft.: 3D Virtual Tours and HDR photos
These are fully immersive, 3D, walkthrough Virtual Tours powered by Matterport. Each room is photographed in 360 degrees, multiple times, allowing for a totally immersive experience. This also includes as many high quality photos as needed, placed on MLS compliant web pages (for realtors), as well as branded pages. The tours are syndicated to places such as Realtor.com, Zillow, Oodle, Yahoo, Trulia and Homes.com (requires real estate license and MLS membership for syndication). This is our most popular package! Detached guest homes are billed at an additional $35.00. Detached structures are photographed in standard 360s. * There is an additional travel charge for locations more than 10 miles outside of Grass Valley, Nevada City or Penn Valley. We provide services throughout Nevada County, Yuba County, Placer County and Sacramento County. Additional areas are available, so if yours isn’t listed, give us a call!
5. $250.00 for up to 2,000 sq. ft., $300 for over 2,000 sq. ft.: HDR Photos, cinematic video with your introduction!
INCLUDES AERIAL FOOTAGE AND PHOTOS
We will come to your facility, listing or event and create a video that includes still photos and video. This is posted on YouTube and can be embedded on your web site, Facebook, Twitter and more. Detached guest homes are billed at an additional $35.00. Please call for more information!
6. $25.00: per listing (Must order with 3D tours) Floorplans
We are able to create floor plans from your listing with an accuracy to reality within 2%. Our floor plans are beautifully rendered with room labels and measurements. These are print quality and can be included on your tour pages as well. At this time, floor plans are only available for 3D scanned properties, and only on main homes and attached dwellings.
7. NEW LOWER PRICE! $25.00 (per photo): Virtual Staging
We will add virtual furniture and decor to your photos (as few or as many as you like). Furniture and decor is at our discretion though we do welcome style/period input. Be sure to check out our Virtual Staging examples! Virtual staging is significantly more affordable than conventional staging and can really help to show off a space in it’s best light. It can even help a tricky listing look great!
8. $25.00 – $50.00: Voiceover added to Video
We can record a voiceover for you, If you provide the ad copy, the cost is $25.00. If we provide the copy, the cost is $50.00. Submitting your own voiceover is free.
9. FREE: Your Virtual Tours on Realtor.com We can include your Virtual Tours on Realtor.com if we are photographing a home listed by a Realtor. We are an authorized Realtor.com provider. There is no longer a charge for this service.
10. NEW LOWER PRICE! $50 – $75: 4k Aerial photography (Drone)
We are pleased to offer aerial photography and videography via drone with a 4k camera providing superior image captures. This can provide an expanded look for your buyers allowing them to see property layouts, tree cover, distance between residence and more! If ordered ala cart, the price is $75. If ordered with other products, the price is $50.
11. $50.00 – Rush Fee: Limited availability and for photos and 3D only. This add-on must be pre-ordered.
12. $50.00 and up – Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 2 hours before the appointment, you may be billed the full rate for the appointment (Done on a case by case basis).
Print Media:
1. $25.00: Single Page Flyer
One custom flyer created for you with your information, photos and verbiage. This is provided to you in .PDF format via e-mail so that you can print as many as you like, when you like at a much reduced cost. A color flyer printed at the copy store can cost more than $1.00 per copy! Our flyers typically cost our clients about .15 cents per copy. Need changes? No problem! Each flyer comes with one free change. After that, they are billed out at a nominal $10 per change after that.
2. $50.00 Double Page Flyer
This is a 2 page flyer containing your information, photos and verbiage. This is provided to you in .PDF format so that you can print as many as you like, when you like at a much reduced cost. A color brochure printed at the copy store can cost more than $2.00 per copy! Our double sided flyers typically cost our clients about .30 cents per copy. Need changes? No problem! Each flyer comes with one free change. After that, they are billed out at a nominal $10 per change after that.

Web Development
1. $575.00 Basic package:
This includes custom graphic design (no templates are used here!), personalized domain name registration (in your name, for 1 year- additional years are $25.00 per year), web site hosting (for 1 year, additional years are $125.00-$175.00 per year) and 10 custom pages. Many people utilize high quality still photos, high quality time-lapse or rotating pictures, company (or personal!) logos, links, and more. This is everything you need to get up and online! IDX Solutions are available at an added cost. (Server space and domain names are a pre-paid, yearly service and are non-refundable)
2. $25.00 add-on: Additional web pages
This is one additional page added to your web site.
3. $150.00 add-on: Copyright Removal
The rights to remove our copyright from the web site we develop for you. This does not include rights to remove copyrights from 3rd party providers. You must obtain permission from them individually prior to removing their copyrights.
FREE SERVICES INCLUDED WITH ALL OPTIONS:
1. We do not charge for Domain Name Searches.
2. We do not charge you for tech support. You may call us from 8am to 6pm, 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday). You will also receive the cell phone # of one of our technicians so you can be relatively certain of being able to reach us. We will answer your questions, and solve any issues directly, honestly, and above all, professionally.
3. We do not charge for SEO and Description implementation. We feel that these services are integral to a successful web site.
